1. Contracting entity

This website and the TeakVita brand are operated by ELEGANT MODERN LIFESTYLE LIMITED (Chinese name: 藝雅現代生活有限公司), a company registered in Hong Kong under Business Registration Certificate No. 78082123-000-04-26-4 (“TeakVita”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our registered business address is RM 9042, 9/F, BLOCK B CHUNG MEI CENTRE, 15-17 HING YIP STREET, KWUN TONG, KL, HONG KONG.

When you purchase from teakvita.com, your contract is with ELEGANT MODERN LIFESTYLE LIMITED.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on our website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the website with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products, descriptions and origin statements

We take reasonable care to present products accurately. Colours, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly because of screen settings, natural materials or manufacturing tolerances. Product availability and descriptions may change without notice.

Product origin varies by item and is shown on the relevant product page or product label where applicable. We may use vetted manufacturing and fulfilment partners in different regions. The place from which an order is dispatched is a logistics location and is not necessarily the place where it was manufactured.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation accepting your order. We may reject or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected or delivery is not possible. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

Prices and applicable shipping charges are shown before you submit your order. Taxes, duties or import charges will be shown at checkout where collected by us; otherwise they may be payable by the recipient as required by local law.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders normally require 1–5 business days for processing. Typical transit time is approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on destination, dispatch location, carrier and customs. The estimate shown at checkout or in your dispatch confirmation is the most relevant estimate for your order. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. 6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@teakvita.com. Once an order has entered fulfilment or shipped, it may need to be handled as a return. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or household purposes. You must not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, scrape or misuse data, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property rights, make fraudulent purchases or use the website in a way that harms us or others.

The website and its content, including the TeakVita name, logos, text, photographs, graphics and design, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment providers, carriers and other service providers may process information or perform services needed to complete your order. Purchases from this store are made directly with ELEGANT MODERN LIFESTYLE LIMITED, not Shopify. Third-party services may also be governed by their own terms.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any contract between you and ELEGANT MODERN LIFESTYLE LIMITED are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim in another competent forum under applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its stated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
