Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from teakvita.com, operated by ELEGANT MODERN LIFESTYLE LIMITED.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with its original packaging and any included accessories. This policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

How to request a return

Email support@teakvita.com before sending an item. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the request and, where relevant, clear photographs showing damage, defect or an incorrect item. If approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address. Do not send returns to our registered office unless we expressly instruct you to do so.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly after delivery if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Once verified, we will offer an appropriate replacement, repair or refund. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for an approved claim involving an item that was damaged, defective or sent incorrectly.

Change-of-mind returns

For an approved change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping and for using a trackable service. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. Items showing use, damage caused after delivery or missing parts may be refused or subject to a deduction permitted by law.

Items that cannot be returned

Unless required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns of personalised or made-to-order goods, gift cards, perishable goods, or sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after the seal has been opened. Contact us if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to request a return and place a new order after the return is approved. If we can arrange a direct exchange, we will confirm the process by email.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing support@teakvita.com as soon as possible. Orders normally enter processing within 1–5 business days. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfilment has begun or the order has shipped; in that case, the return process above applies.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days after approval for your bank or payment provider to post the credit. Processing times outside our control may vary.

If an approved refund has not appeared after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact support@teakvita.com.
